Weekending...

I'm currently typing this Monday morning. The weekend was busy and full 

and we crashed hard a bit late each night.

20 lbs of blueberries were picked 

and the best part being that Jay was able to go with us

There are currently two cookie sheets in the freezer 

and many plans for the rest

A new talent was discovered by a blueberry lovin' boy

catching them in his mouth

but they aren't just tossed in the air 

they are flung way up high so high you cant see the berry anymore

as high as our 20 yr old cherry tree in fact

a video is coming soon..the world needs to see this.

I'm also thinking there may be another adventure later this week 

to pick a few more of those berries!

There were two jaunts through two different Ikea's

a BBQ with friends and family

hugs goodbye

and piles of clean laundry waiting to be put away

Sticky popsicle and ice cream faces

and a few barefoot soccer games

Plans for fridge pickles and lots of zucchini bread and muffins being made

Im trying to freeze some but

they get eaten faster than I can put them away

All in all busier than usual but good none the less weekend

The week ahead looks calm and hot!
